Double-sided finish: The double-sided decorative paper is also known as melamine decorative paper, The melarative paper is pasted and pressecat a high temperature and then edge-sealed. Later, due to the "melamine milk powdeincident", it has been consistently referred to as the double-sided finish.
Commonly used base materials:Particleboard, Oriented Strand Board (OSB), Plywoad, Eeological Board.
Advantages: Abrasion-resistant, resistantto high temperatures, corrosiresistant, waterproof, a wide variety ofstyles, high cost-effectiveness,environmentally friendly.
Disadvantages: The edge-sealing process poses a challenge to the machiner.It is not easy to create complex shapes, and it is difficult to repair when there are bumps or damages.
PET Film: PET is a kind of plastic material suitable for food packaging.For example, the common mineral water bottles are also made of PET. It is non-toxic and odorless, and can be made into a matte surface or aglossy surface.The matte surface is what we usually call the skin-feeldoor panel.

Advantages: It has a comfortable and smooth hand feel, high-grade texture,is not easy to fade, is environmentally friendly, durable, not prone to scratches,and is not easy to deform.The high-gloss film is easy to clean.
Disadvantages: It cannot be shaped. The skin-feel film is not resistant to oil stains, and the price is high.
Solid wood veneer:The log is sliced into veneer panels. After processes such as soaking and drying, glue is applied using a high-temperature hot press machine, and then it is pasted and covered onto the base material board,thus becoming a solid wood veneer panel.
Commonly used base materials:Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), Plywood, Solid Wood Board, Particleboard,Ecological Board.
Advantages: It has a high-end and imposing appearance, a good hand feel, and excellent texture,and the decorative surface texture is realistic.
Disadvantages:It is relatively delicate, with poor waterproof and fireproof performance. lt is prone to deformation, cracking, and peeling when the air is dry,and the price is high.
Baked paint: It is a kind of painting process. The surface needs to be painted six times, including three coats of primer, two rounds of baking after painting, and one coat of varnish, followed by high-temperature baking.The baked paint panel has a beautiful appearance and excellent physical properties.

Advantages:Bright and rich colors, fireproof, waterproof and moisture-proof good smoothness, and easy to clean.
Disadvantages:complex process, long production cyele, prone to scratching vulnerable to bumps and scratches, difficult to repair, high requirements for paint,and high price.
Blister/Mold pressing: It's material is usually high-quality medium density fiberboard. After milling and sanding, through the principle of vacuum blistering on the surface, a pvc film is closely attached to form the door panel.
Commonly used base materials:Medium Density Fiberboard(MDF), Plywood.
Advantages: It has good water resistance and enviromental friendliness.There is a wide variety of shapes, colors and textures. The colors are rich, the wood grain is realistic, and the single-color chroma is pure and vivid. It will not crack or deform.Since the four sides of the blister door panel are sealed as a whole, there is no need for edge sealing, which solves the problem that the edge sealing may come unglued after a long time. It is currently a product with relatively high cost-effectiveness.
Disadvantages: It is not resistant to ultraviolet rays and high temperatures. lt cannot be in contact with or close to high-temperature objects for a long time.At the same time, if it is designed to be too long or too large, it is prone to deformation.
